PRIZE TESTED RECIPES
The Annual Challenge is composed of six
categories: Everyday Easy recipes,Grilling recipes, Holiday recipes,
Desserts,Good & Healthy recipes, and Personal Favorites. Everyday Easy
recipes must be prepared in 20 minutes or less and use no more than five
(5) ingredients, plus basic ingredients normally found in your pantry,
such as salt, pepper, olive oilTetc. The Personal Favorites category may
include any recipe that does not fit in any of the other five categories.
Recipes entered in the Good & Healthy category must limit the number
of calories from fat to no more than 35 percent of total calories in the
recipe, including saturated fat of no more than 7 percent of the total and
trans fatty acids (trans fats) of no more than 1 percent of the total.

Des Moines, IA 50309-7040. All mailed entries must be neatly written or
typed. If you are submitting a recipe using Sun-Maid Raisins, Lindsay
Olives or Hidden Valley Salad Dressing&SeasoningMix and Dips Mix,
please type or write the product partner’s brand name in the upper
right-hand corner ofyour entry and on the back of the envelope, e *

at BHG.con^PTR. Prize Tested Recipes The Annual Challenge begins May
8,2009,and ends August 18,2009. Online entries must be received by
11x9 p.m.,CT, on August 18,2009. Mail entries must be postmarked on or
before August 18,2009, and received by August 26,2009.
ENTRY INFORM ATION
For each category entered, create your
original recipe. Multiple entries are allowed, but each recipe must be
submitted as a separate entry and each entry must meet the following
requirements:
•Write or type on each entry the category you wish to enter. Each
recipe may only be submitted for judging in one category. Multiple
entries may bo submitted in the same envelope.
•Recipe entries must be original, and cannot have been previously
published, won another competition or challenge, or been used for
advertising or promotional purposes.
•Entry must (1) include recipe name and the number of servings that
the recipe yields; (2) use ingredients that are available in most grocery
stores; (3) list ingredients with measurements in order of use; (4)
include step-by-step preparation and cooking directions, and (5)
include; entrant name, age and com plete address with zip code,
telephone number with area code,and e-mail (optional). Aphotograph
of the recipe can be submitted (optional), although inclusion of a photo
will not affect the judging.
